What to include
Payment made but plan not active
Send your M-Pesa confirmation code and the phone number you paid with. We usually fix this the same day.
Withdrawals
Tell us the amount, the date you requested it and your registered M-Pesa number.
A task was rejected
Include the task topic and the time you submitted. A different reviewer will take a second look.
Refunds
Read the refund policy first, then email us with your payment details. Read policy
Account or login problems
Write from the email address on your account so we can verify it is you.
