Acceptable Use Policy

1. Do your own work

• Solve tasks yourself. Do not submit answers copied from other members or websites.
• Do not use bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated method to generate or submit answers.
• Do not share task questions or answers outside the platform.

2. One person, one account

• Do not create more than one account, or open accounts for other people.
• Do not buy, sell, rent or share accounts or login details.
• Use only an M-Pesa number that is registered in your own name.

3. Referrals must be real

• Do not refer yourself or create fake accounts to earn commission.
• Do not pay or reward people to sign up.
• Do not make misleading claims when sharing your link, such as promising guaranteed income or saying a plan is an investment.
• Do not spam your link in groups, comments or messages where it is not welcome.

4. Respect the platform

• Do not try to access other members' accounts or any part of the system you are not allowed to use.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer MaliMines.
• Do not pretend to be MaliMines staff. We will never ask for your password or M-Pesa PIN.
• Reviews must describe your own honest experience.

5. What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• Reject the submissions involved.
• Pause the account while we investigate.
• Remove earnings that were obtained by breaking these rules.
• Close the account permanently.

6. Report a problem

If you see cheating, a scam using our name, or a security issue, please contact us. We take every report seriously.
